Referrals

You only require a referral from your GP if you are covered under a Medicare EPC program, Veterans Affairs, workers compensation or motor vehicle accident claim.
Many Diabetic patients are seen for assessment and treatment under the Medicare EPC program, as it is important for diabetic patients to have good foot care.

Rebates

Patients who have podiatry cover with their private health fund should be eligible for rebates. These rebates can be claimed on site on the spot using the Health Industry Claims and Payment Service (HICAPS).  EFTPOS and major credit cards are processed.
